The MegaFlow LEVs is a high-energy, high-safety power battery system designed for Light Electric Vehicles (LEVs). It uses top-tier automotive-grade A LiFePO4 cells, providing a rated capacity of 48V 105Ah and ample energy of approximately 4.8kWh. On a single charge, it can support a range of up to 52 miles (about 83.7 km) and easily handles complex road conditions like slopes and mud, delivering robust power.
The product integrates an intelligent Battery Management System (BMS) with bleeder resistor functionality and features an industry-leading built-in fire suppression system and corrosion-resistant stainless steel housing, providing a robust safety barrier. It operates across a wide temperature range of -35C to 60C, with an optional self-heating function to ensure consistent all-weather performance.
