In 2003, the 2003 PVC butterfly valve was developed and put into production. The basic structure of the current plastic valves on the market was established:
The valve seat-valve body is inlaid with concave and convex parts (patent application), and the exposed large tooth plate and three-claw auxiliary handle are designed;
In 2004, the patent certificate was obtained: ZL03257746.X "Soft Back Plastic Butterfly Valve";
In 2008, the 2008 butterfly valve was designed and produced, becoming the benchmark for appreciation in the plastic valve industry;
In 2021, the 2003 and 2008 butterfly valves were upgraded to the 2022 butterfly valve.
All products are made of high-strength (high-impact) sanitary pure new granular injection molding, and the valves are heavy and simple.
The default sealing material is pure EPDM. The sealing links are all machined and passed 100% one by one pressure testing.
