The chassis of AMB-300XS is a stable fulcrum lever structure, which ensures that each wheel always touches the ground and prevents the manipulator from shaking the car body in the vertical direction during movement. The center of gravity of the trolley is at the position of the differential center of the two wheels, which keeps the cantilever suspension structure with the wheels always touching the ground.
Regarding power, it has a brushless motor with a brake (IP65 grade, no black toner), a driver with STO function which ensures the reliability of an emergency stop, and a hypoid structure reducer which reduces the noise of the car. The outside of the motor and the reducer has been sealed and protected to completely meet the cleanliness requirements.
Regarding the electrical control, the upper and lower parts of electrical components are arranged to facilitate later maintenance. The design principle of nearby wiring avoids cross-wound wiring harnesses. Equipped with an SRC2000 core controller, it provides mobile robots with core map construction, positioning and navigation, model editing and other functions. The positioning accuracy can reach ±5mm, which effectively ensures the docking reliability of the upper structure.
Regarding charging/replacement, built-in UPS and backup power supply, you can replace the battery without power. It is also equipped with a flashlight charging and automatic charging interface.
